Hey there, I was looking any ideas on finding a 7D Cell maglite. I had one for about 15 years that recently was stolen (along with other things from my car). Come to find out these have discontinued for about that long. Does anyone know where I might get one? Or are there any tube mods for a 6D cell? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Five mega has sold a mag D cell extender a few weeks ago...
so it does exist but isn't very common.

i called the place and they only have 6D cell mags about 40 dollars canadian. they said they never heard of a 7D cell. maybe they dont sell them that long anymore cause they are illegal now?
Not illegal, just no demand. The 7-cell lights were listed as being just as bright as the 6D but with longer runtime. When rechargables became popular in the '80s folks stopped buying. I think they were dropped around 1988.
