9003 vs. H4

Noticed on another forum a debate between using a 9003 or H4 in a 9003 bucket. The debate was about filament placement and which lamp produced a better beam. So my question is which one is better...gives a better focus?

According to this, the 9003/HB2 is supposed to have a more precisely placed filament. More to the point, the specification for it allows less variance in the placement; it's no guarantee that the 9003 will give better focus than an H4.
