9V Charger: Tenergy TN141 or MAHA C490F?

I am looking for a new 9V charger that charges fairly quickly and found these two units that looked interesting. The last time I used a 9V charger/rechargeable was many years ago with a Plainsview 9V and charger but found them to be total garbage.

Anyone have experience with this $9 unit vs. the more expensive Maha? I don't really need the 4 bays.
