Link is in the OP, under the words "drone that's purpose built".

They rate it at 3,300 watts -- I'm sure that's just a shorthand for "that's how much power in old-fashioned incandescents would have been needed to generate this many lumens!"
One good thing about putting a crap-ton of LEDs and batteries on a drone: you don't need extra fans to keep it air-cooled.
 
Of course the million dollar question isn't answered, 'How long will it stay up for without being tethered to an electrical ground source supply?'
