This is what I awoke to this morning, at about 6:30 am ADT:
Environment Canada:
"Kings County
8:33 AM ADT Sunday 8 April 2007
Snow warning for Kings County continued
Total snowfall of up to 30 centimetres is expected before the snow tapers this morning.
This is a warning that significant snowfall is expected in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.
An intense low pressure system in the Gulf of St Lawrence will track slowly northward this morning. Snow ahead of the low developed over Nova Scotia and changed over to rain in eastern regions. Upwards of 30 centimetres of snow have fallen over central Nova Scotia with lesser amounts elsewhere. Most of the precipitation is expected to taper off this morning in the wake of the low."
