a question - bin structure Y-axis?

I understand the meaning of the X-axis in the Luxeon Rebel neutral-white LED bin structure chart below, but I do not know the meaning of the Y-axis.

X-axis is warmer on the right side and cooler towards the left side. What is the Y-axis meaning, please?

The "warmness" does not really fall on the x-axis, and that is not what the axis is for. The "warmness" is really on an arc across that diagram.
