I ordered one "Standard Flat Top (Chopped)15 ohm McE2S" switch set early this year. I found it only an one-stage switch instead of two stages. I tried to email Cindy at that time but received no reply. I forgot this until yesterday I saw them again. May I ask what should I do to get it fixed?
