A toy to play with?

Spotted this at Sportsman's Guide and thought maybe it would be an interesting base for conversions to whatever.

Other than having an aluminum case and rechargeable batteries to power the Xenon and LED contents, it just might have an interesting switching arrangement since there appear to be four different modes of operation.

Anyone played with one of these, or even seen one?
