I thought I remembered reading about this before but now can't find anything.

Anyway, I was playing around the other night and realized that my A19 will fit my Pelican M6. The Pelican M6 tailcap also fits my SureFire lights.

I found out that I can put my A19 on my BB700 PM6 mod for a noticeabley brighter spot of light. I don't know if it is SAFE to run it that way or not, but at least I know it's possible. Now, all we need it a bulb capable of 9v for the Pelican M6. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Anyone know the size of the plastic washer that sits on the lamp assembly in the stock PM6?

I am not sure but arent you on direct drive ?? that could explain the increased brightness.
someone pls correct if i am wrong

McGizmo mentioned here that a P90/P91 should work with some tweeking.

A friend of mine "took" my A19 away so I never get a chance to try it. He use the A19 on his 9P so he can use 2x168s in it. He said it works great.

I've got (2) A19's on a 6P w/ Z49 + a KT1 turbohead and MN61 Lamp assembly inside. Why? Why not /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinser2.gif

Look here for the runtime plots I did on a PM6 with 400ma and 700ma DownBoy converters at 6v, 9v and 12v using one and two A19's!
