Let me start with expressing my disappointment. A2 lasted exactly 30 seconds. After that bulb went out. SF will be calling me back shortly, but they think all bulbs are out, and it may be weeks for replacement. LEDs still work, BTW.
And al this before I got a chance to take pics vs. MN03, P60, etc... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Beam shots.

"Hotspot" is trademark SureFire, "spill" is very Stinger-like, I guess it's trade off for LEDs. LED beam is not anywhere close to round. Anyways, just look at the pics.

Was just looking at the manual - high beam "run-time", before moon mode is 35minutes!!!!!!!!!! That sucks. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif SF's 50 minute run-time is including moon mode /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Just got a call back from SF's customer service manager, and guess what, no bulbs available, it will be 2-3weeks till they get any. Needless to say, I am majorly pissed off.


The price is $25, but they don't have any.

Please don't take me wrong, I love this light! I just wish they had spare bulbs available.

It is too early to come to any conclusions. 35min run-time should be good for me, counting I usually turn the light on for 10-15 seconds at a time.

Regardless of my negative feelings(which will pass as soon as I get a spare bulb), I think it is a great light.

FC, do a constant-on runtime test with a new pair of batteries. I have never experienced constant-on runtime as short as 35 minutes.
