Looking for a AA or AAA (multiple battery) light the size of a G2 or a little smaller. I want something that will last a minimum of 12 hours.

50-100 lumens would be fine.

I have a bunch of cr123 lights, and want a couple nice (non-generic) AA and/or AAA.

What does everyone use and love ?

There aren't any 1xAA or 1xAAA lights that can do 50+ lumens for 12+ hours.

He never said that it needed to be 1 cell. Actually if I'm reading his post correctly, he asked for multi-cell lights.

I have the Quark 2 AA and it's a great light but it still won't put out 50 lumens for 12 hours. It will do 22 for 24 hours or 85 for 5 hours. Maybe something like the Nitecore D20 with it's variable output will hit that middle ground/ sweet spot you're looking for.

Oops, must've missed that "multiple battery" part...

Off the top of my head, the Fenix TK20 (2xAA) on low mode (supposed to be around 40 lumens) should last 9+ hours with eneloops, and maybe close to its rated 11 hours with higher-capacity batteries.

Yea, i bet if you put two energizer lithiums in there it would last longer. Could get expensive though.
