About wiring

Good day!



I am a newbie with LED and I was amazed with the wide applications of such small devices..



I have a question about the wiring of the 5mm LED bulbs with internal chips that control the color.



If I buy one of those,will I wire it like the normal LED? or it comes with other devices?
