AC driver question, should be easy..

I got this driver from fasttech but it came with no instructions. I just need to know which pair of wires are to the LED and which pair are connected to AC

One pair (both blue) are labeled "L" and "N" The other pair (red and black) are just labeled "+" and "-"

I believe that "L" means line voltage (Where I live, the black wire) and "N" means neutral. (Where I live the white wire) The plus and minus would be the output.
