This is a squeeze-type coin cell light powered by two CR1616 cells, available for 95 cents at the link above. Minimum shipping charge is a very reasonable $2.50, so I bought four lights for a total of $6.35 shipped, not bad.

It has the general appearance of a Photon II but is about 2/3 the total size (a few mm shorter and narrower). By my cheap postage scale it weighs a tad under 5 grams, where the Photon II is about 7 grams. The on-off switch is momentary-only and is operated by pressing a cutout tab in the case. That works pretty well but it means that the light is not waterproof at all. The batteries are visible through the cutout and if the light takes a dunk, the insides will be soaked.

The case halves are just snapped together, so you can replace the batteries without tools, if you've got a source of replacement 1616's. But if you're concerned about that at all, you're probably better off with a 2016-powered light like the Photon, which should run at least twice as long because of the larger batteries. So I think these lights are basically intended as disposable.

They come attached to a 1" split keyring, similar to many of the Countycomm lights. (I didn't include the keyring in the 5g weight that I measured, but I did include the much smaller split ring attached to the light itself). I guess you can think of this light as a smaller version of the original $1.00 Countycomm squeeze lights and it's roughly comparable in build quality, though the design is even cruder. It was probably intended to be sold for even less than those $1.00 lights.

Overall, this light isn't terribly interesting unless you need the smallest cheap light you can find (e.g. for an APSK or survival capsule), or if you collect such things (I guess I sort of do that). Otherwise, though I'm a big fan of cheap small lights, I'd say this one goes a little too far.
