Can someone tell me what the best surefire flashlight is under 100 dollars? thanks.

All Surefire flashlights are awesome. I would personally pick any of the E-series LED lights under $100.
If you don't mind the larger size, the 6P is a phenomenal choice and can be upgraded with any number of third-party "drop-ins" that replace the lamp assembly with LED light engines. Examples being Malkoff-Devices.com's M60 or Surefire's own P60L.
