Does anyone have any airsoft guns?

I was just in my garage before playing around. I have an airsoft pistol modeled 1:1 after a glock 17. I set up a target in my 34' long garage and tried some shooting in complete darkness with my only my Brinkmann Maxfire LX. Pretty neat!

I'm a regular airsofter and play once a month. That's how I got into lights in the first place. After mounting some Surefires on my AEG's it was over, light and airsoft obsession is a bad thing for your wallet.

my freind has some really nice airsoft like a sig rifel and a 1:1 FNP90 it looks just like the real thing and feels just the same.

Yup, they're all real Surefires. M111D for the Glock and P114D for the Sig, M961 Old style for the M4 (not like new version in my sales thread).

I've got a cheap G36. It is the compact version, but I'd rather have the full size one with H&K sight module. I think Star makes a version like that, but it is around $300.


Telkin, those are really Airsoft guns? Damn, they look real. Are those TM guns?

They have been banned for sale or import in Canada :thumbsdow, the realistic looking ones anyway. I picked up a Tokyo Marui MK 23 just before the ban went into effect. now all you can get are transparent plastic cheap crossman versions.
Oh well, probably good for the wallet!

Where is a good place to buy inexpensive quality airsoft? I been looking to add to my collection. I saw a S&W 50 cal revolver (huge) that looked pretty realistic in the pics, and also a nice tactical pump action shotgun I have my eye on. Both of these were under 25 bucks.

Hi RadarGreg,

It's really hard playing Airsoft in Canada as we are not able to import any guns. The M4 and the Sig P226R are both TM, but then I've upgraded them all with custom metal bodies and such so much that they're only 25% TM left in them. But yes, they're Airsoft.

Truely a thing of beauty, Telkin! You did a great job on the mods. It sucks that Canada has the new ban on them. It is fun to play Soldier, without all the nasty sucking chest wounds and Purple Hearts that go along with the real steel versions. Plus, airsoft gives you a great gun collection at a fraction of the cost and hassle of the real weapons. Keep the pics coming.
