For sale are a few Arc LS triple LED modules. They simply replace the original light engine, and screw in with only the use of a pair of tweezers, or needle nose pliers. Reuse your existing window and o-ring.

They triple LED module uses a custom built aluminum can for excellent heat transfer in an Arc LS, and CREE or Nichia LEDs driven at 1.4A on high. The three level converter board is intended to be used with 3.7V rechargeable cells, and has levels of 70mA, 420mA and 1400mA. The optic is a Carlco clear narrow optic that has been turned down to fit the Arc. Brass battery contact and foam ring for reliable operation. Price is $80 (including shipping in the U.S.). Purchase two, and pay only $75 for the second light engine.

Are you using an AMC7135 driver? or custom. I ask in the case if i wanted to drive the LED's a bit harder

Thank you. The Arc is one of my favorite classic lights, especially with the twisty tail. Updating the Arc-LS with a triple emitter was a natural progression for mods with the light that started it all.

Yes, I am using an AMC7135 driver. I have built one at 2.8A, and it was insanely bright. It also got warm very quickly, as the LS has limited mass. You would need to hold the light in a fist grip to dissipate heat efficiently.

"Bam! " as Emeril says, PP sent! :) Datiled, I will post pictures in the mod section when it is done. At work we have had only a few type II flavors of Arc LS done, red and black mostly. We like the type II cause it's so easy to recoat after a few years of use. Sincere thanks for making these jewels for the Arc line.
