I was in a Sears about a month ago and what did I find but two 4 packs of AA NiCads. The origional price was $9.99, I imagine that someone meant to mark them down to $5 but instead marked them $.05 each pack. Well when they got rang up I mentioned that they were on the 30% off rack and they gave me another $.03 off for a grand total of $.07 for 8 batteries, it was such a low price that I didn't even have to pay any tax on that purchase.

That's a deal!

Sorry, only two packs, was going to give them to a friend but they are only the 900mAh instead of the new 1800's. Guess they will work ok in the kids toys and such.

I've only seen AA NiCads go up to 1100 mAh, so 900 isn't too shabby for the breed.
