I have a (much loved) lil' black M!n!M@g with a BadBoy 500 in it and a Kroll clickie switch. In an effort to lessen unwanted tightening of the bezel and "wobbling," I put some teflon tape on the threads.
Then I got to thinking. Seeing as my BB500 will most definitely get warm when running for extended times, has putting that tape on compromised the thermal path to the body of the flashlight, and consequently my hand? Should I be worried?
I would have put this in the ludicrously long BB/MM thread, but I wasn't sure that this question was a good fit.
Waddaya think?
