Amprobe LM631A Light Meter

I'm assuming the Amprobe LM631A is the same thing as the Wavetek Meterman LM631? Looks like the Meterman one is discontinued.

So I go for the Amprobe LM631A or is there something else anyone can recommend? I'm not looking to spend well over $100.

Ditto here. Looking for a good value just so I can compare lights and see if my mods are doing anything for me or if a new light is an upgrade or not.

I ended up buying the CEM DT-1308 mainly cause it's max range is 400,000K Lux instead of 200,000K Lux the LM631 is limited to. The CEM DT-1309 is the same meter but has RS-232 interface.

I mainly use it for before & after comparision. I'm very happy with it. Purchased it from Ruby Electronics which was the best price I found.

I'm looking at the software screenshot at Ruby Electronics website and it looks like exactly what I want.
