Anyone here from this area?

Just wondering who is buying up all of the light deals when they go on sale:)

There has got to be!!!

I just went to the hardware store that had a bunch of Mag 2C lights last Friday, luckily I went back today and there was 1 blue left, so I picked it up and a silver one.

They were not on sale, regular price, so there was no incentive to buy these..., there has got to be a light guy or gal around here..., the same thing has been happening to me at Target too!!

If not, I would be shocked, who is buying all of these lights?

I am in Jefferson County very close to Trussville Alabama....about 45 miles from you I believe and I am having the same problem at my local stores.

I find myself never able to get to Target fast enough to get the many close out deals nor the newer stuff once it hits the shelf. There must be many in your area as well as mine who are flashaholics and simply not members yet.

Maybe it is just a man thing to have the neat toys and gadgets but regardless someone is beating us to the stores.

I spent the better part of 3 weeks in Anniston on FEMA deployment after Katrina.

Nice place, found some nice places to eat. I really liked going to Talladega for the race.

Glad to see I am in good company:)

BTW, it's not you guy's coming here buying up all the good deal lights..., is it? :) (j?k)

It would be cool to see who is really here, close buy or new "holics" in the area.

I lived in Anniston for 6 years a long time ago and was just back there in November for a family thing. Matta's (sp?) is the best pizza in the world.

I visited Anniston 2 years ago for chemical weapons/nerve agent training. Wasn't much of a flashaholic back then, though.

I like the Pizza too.
It is Greek, not Italian, so a bit different.
Speaking of Pizza... :)

That is the old Ft. McClellan.
I worked there for 13 years before it closed.
I was able to learn a lot of cool stuff while there:sssh:

Thisis very old, but I am also from Odenville, but now I am in Tuscaloosa. Where are you from exactly Robocop? I went to Hewitt-Trussville High School.

Hello langham, Robocop isn't on all that often and may not notice this thread.
If you wanted to contact him, a PM might be more effective. Hope this helps,
