Anybody looked at LI-Poly

I am looking for a battery pack for some night time biking and came across these in an RC model group. They look nice, high energy density, low weight. The only problem is the shape. They still are tempting. Does anyone have any experience with these type of cells?

They're pretty much the same as LiIons, just that their physical construction is different. Looks like a nice find though. As far as I know since their content is basically a gel you can deform them pretty liberally if you need a different shape. The manufacturers claim they can be constructed in any shape desired.

One of the nice things that I saw with them is that if they do short or get in an overcharge situation, they don't explode, the pouch will puff up. A bit better from a safty standpoint.
