Anybody remember CentraLED?

Anybody recall CentraLED? They had a very special $200 LED light on sale for $50 at herrington catalog. after word got out at CPF those things flew off the shelf! The owner of CentraLED even posted here after that, much to his credit. Now after VERY little use one of my CentraLED lights have died. I've done a search but can not find any contact info. Right now I feel pretty stupid rushing to buy those 2 lights a couple years ago:mecry:

Yes Its Central Tools. Go to the dealers corner, open the CPF specials sticky click Central Tools and you will find all the contact info.

Here's "a tale of 2 lights and the service behind them"

On Friday evening I noticed my Central LED light had died, then later that day I determined that my new LumaPower Avenger needed to be returned. I contacted that seller, BatteryJunction, and LumaPower the manufacturer. Later that same evening, LumaPower, from the other side of the world, replied . Then Monday morning, I had 2 messages from BatteryJunction AND a reply to my CPF pm! What excellent service indeed!!!!

OTOH I haven't heard ANYTHING yet from CentraLED.:shakehead

He has actually been out of the office for the last week and this morning found your second message and promptly forwarded it to me. Not an excuse, simply an explanation.

The toll free number to the office is 800-866-5287. I must say that we are currently closed on Fridays but if a message is left you will be contacted first thing Monday morning.

I believe there are many in this forum that will speak highly of our customer service. I will say that this is an isolated incident and in no way points to what should be expected when dealing with our company.
