Help Support Candle Power:

Never seen it before, but just from looking at the reflector depth and shape, I'm pretty sure it's not going to beat out a MaxaBeam or NightHunter anytime soon...

TTYTT, that looks like a really weak Metal Halide lamp... From first glance, probably no more than 40 watts...

I requested more info and here is what they said:

Thank you for your inquiry. The Personal Search Light has a dealer cost
of $595.00 plus freight. We will sell one unit at this price as a demo
unit, thereafter the minimum order is 5 pcs. The light comes with a 12 volt
powerchord adapter so you can plug it into any standard 12 volt power
connector. Batteries will not be avaialble until about May of this year. We will
have both Primary (non-rechargable) and re-chargable Lithium Ion. Each
light comes witha one year warranty.

If you need to have a rechargable battery unit, you should consider our
UDL35-A1, Dive Light. This light will operate in or out of water and has
the same approximate power. It comes with a plastic carry case, multi-tap
charger with international plug adapters and lanyard. It is shipped with a
deffused reflector and you can purchase optional "Spot" and "Video Flood"
reflectors. It also has an LED charge indicator that calculates battery
condition and ambient temperature to give you a true battery charge status.
Another feature of this light is its three way switch that allows you to
select the power setting. Set at #3 you get the brightest light and 55
minutes of battery charge. #2 gives you 65 minutes and #1 gives you 75 minutes.
These also come with one year warranty. Dealer price is $675.00 for the
first demo unit thereafter minimum order is 5 pcs.
