Anyone test the JilLite charger?

Is it just like the DSD/UF etc? Or is it Pila IBC class?
It can be used for charging 3.7V li-ion rechargeable batteries only.
The chagring voltage is 4.2 and you can charge one or two cells.
The available cells are 14500, 17500, 17670, 18500 and 18650 without any spacer.
RCR123A & CR123A can be charged with a spacer.
When the cell voltage reaches 4.15V, the charger stop futher charging.
There is never any danger of overcharging. As far as I know, the name of charger is JC-2000.

Well, I meant engineering wise. I want something that follows the proper cc/cv charging which none of the popular cradle chargers have followed
