Anyone tried the LF 12 LED Lantern?

looks neat, but with all the hype from these folks, I'm hoping to get an opinion before I buy.

I asked here but not a soul commented on it.

My main concern is that 12 5mm LEDs is about the brightness of 1 luxeon, and that's a pretty dim area lamp. Compared to, say, an Energizer folding fluorescent on 1 tube which would draw comparable current (~350mA).
