For my cheapo lights, I need to replace some plastic lenses. Some rectangle, some oval, some round.

I can think of Mylar lens covers for full face masks. But probably very reflective, with more loss than the stock plastic lenses.

So, 1. where to buy good optical plastic, that is thin. 2. Is there AR coating in a can? or a trick to make an anti reflective glass or plastic without additional lumen absorption?

Google Tap Plastics. They sell acrylic sheets in various thicknesses and that stuff is just barely beat by UCL by a few percentage points when it comes to light transmission properties. You can even get it with a AR (abrasion resistant) coating on one or both sides. I've made a few lenses with clear acrylic and it works great. It's much cheaper than a UCL, but, it will scratch if mishandled, even the AR coated stuff.
