OK, so we've noticed that the Arc 4+ pulses the LED at the lower output levels.
Anyone figured out what the pulse rates are at the different levels?
I can see the pulsing from Level-16 up to about level-10 by doing the "wave it really-really fast" trick. And it doesn't look like it is a constant pulse rate either, even within a level. You also to wave it faster and faster to see the pulsing as you increase the brightness levels.
