Peter Atwood, that Arc AA must be the one you bought from me last week on CPF. Glad to hear it's meeting your needs. I never heard from you and you don't accept PM's. So I assume you're happy. Thanks! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif For the record, I love my Arc AAs. Just had too many and had to unload one. But I agree with previous comments - it's VERY easy to EDC, it makes a good reading light, and it's perfect for sneaking around the house at night so as not to wake others. Runtime with a lithium at normal temperatures should be a somewhat longer than with an alkaline but not enormously longer. Main difference should be a flatter curve, i.e. full brightness through the whole runtime, rather than the long gradual taper.
