Arc AAA 2nd???

I was messing around with my digital camera trying to take a closeup of my AAA for the other, "ARC AAA, how to easily and cheaply take pictures", thread here

when a curious thing showed up that I never noticed with the naked eye:

Peter, would this qualify as a "second"? I bought it new a few weeks ago from TTS (ver. 3.1) at their regular price...

I don't want a replacement or anything, just want to know if I have something unique -- or if all the new 3.1's are inscribed with a squiggly line through the lettering like this?
