Arc AAA quit working

My wife's Arc AAA quit working last night. Unlike mine, her's rarely gets used.

I cleaned the contacts and checked the battery. I don't know what else I can do. Any ideas?

Roll crimp maybe? Describe the prob a little more maybe...what versoin is it?

I'm not sure what "roll crimp" means.

The light is from the second run of Arc AAAs. I mean, I ordered it well before the first Arc was released, but not in time to avoid a backorder. I assume its the first version.
