Arc lsh-s problem

Hi,
I've noticed a few minor problems with my arc lsh-s lately and i would just like to know if these are normal problems or just my arc.
1.) On the tailcap, on the slope between the o-ring and where the knurling starts, there seems to be alot of stains there. The stains look like the sticky residue that is left behind when you peel off old tape off a surface, and i cant seem to wash it off.
2.)There is some sort of squarish cut out in the reflector that seems to be effecting the circular part of the hotspot. It makes a small dark spot.
3.) There is a discoloration on one part of the lens. It looks like a bubble but it is not. Its a bean type shape.

1) if its some sticky residue (which might be dried lube), try removing the O-ring and cleaning off the residue with thinner or something.

2) all the optics have this cut out, but it does not really affect the beam.

3 is the protective film on the lense.
you can remove it if it bothers you.
