ARc Question

Hey guys, I placed an order for an AAA a couple of days ago and paid via Paypal. I haven't heard word one from ARC....not even an order confirmation. I can't check order status on their website because I don't have an order number. I didn't find any contact information on their site. Is this customary? This seems a funny way to run a railroad. Any ideas?

They are not the fastest on there feet. I placed an order a week ago, then 2 days into it I canceled. The next day I got a cancellation notice but no Paypal. I emailed them the next day and they said I should get my refund today.......nothing....I emailed them again with my bitter feelings, now we are on day 3 of waiting for a paypal refund...that is too slow considering it only takes about 45 seconds to refund paypal...they lost a customer for good here....just my 2 cents.

Where did you find an email address for them?

On a happy note, I placed an order with Lighthound about an hour ago. Just got an email stating the order has already shipped. What a contrast.

You could also try Peter, but he'll usually just forward on to Maria to take care of.
And FWIW, any problems I've ever had with Arc were taken care of as quickly as I've ever seen - they always make right.

i also experienced amazing service from Arc. very responsive and my torch arrived so quickly i could hardly believe it. by far the fastest delivery of any of my purchases...

That's good to know. I did email ARC and have received a response.
