Arc return policy?

What is arc return policy for their products? I'm really unhappy with ARC4. I got it to operate for a minute or two and it seems all right but I hate the switch and design. Seriously contemplaiting if I should return it for repair or return it all together.

Hope I'm not hijacking this thread or anything, but it seemed like the best place to ask since I'm sure Peter will look at it... anyway, Peter I sent back my Arc4+ rev 2 (its the one from Rich in Stamford Connecticut. Just wanted to make sure you received it. Fedex says you did...
