I'm guessing this has been covered in the past but here goes. I would like to buy an Arc UV. My wife, kids and I spend much of our time outdoors. I have told them that certain fungi and minerals "glow" when you shine UV on them. How dangerous is the incidental UV radiation that will be reflected off these objects? Do we need to take precautions? Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.

The only real danger would be looking directly into the beam from the Arc.

Any reflected UV radiation will not be strong enough (or tightly focussed enough) to do any damage.
