Arc4 differences?

I just bought my first Arc4! But i'm not sure what I bought. I
tried to root through this forum and read the arc faq and didn't
find answers so I'll ask here.

I bought an Arc4+ rev1 from BOBVA.

Is the difference between Arc4 and Arc4+ is it premium?
Also what are the Rev's? Is rev 1 bad?

I didn't find if the + is the premium indication.

They are ALL premium... "Standards" never made in into production, and some of the premiums are "seconds" meaning they had cosmetic blemishes, or drew to much current, or had a funky tint color etc. You can e-mail Arc with your serial number to find out if it is a Premium First or a Second. Rev 1s had NO knurling on the end (by the screw holes for the clip) and they seem to have had a more stable switch. The Rev 2s have a bad rep for having faulty switches.
