How did you apply the glow-powder to the inside part of the bezel and tailcap?

That's one of the nicest Kydex holsters I've ever seen, for anything! Usually they are twice the size of the object they're designed to hold. I love kydex but have a hard time justifying the extra bulk. This has given it new hope.
