Argh! Does Peak EVER answer their emails???

I have sent them two emails using the form on their website. Now, I know their website is a bit of a train wreck, but I would think they would keep that line of communication open! One email was a query as to how to get a custom configured light, and I gave up after a week and called them, at which time they were very helpful and I placed the order. The next was to check status of my order. Neither email was ever replied to.

I've found if you want to know something from them, call Robin, 1-877-881-7325. 20% Christmas Sale going on right now!

Yeah. I called them a few times and they were there, friendly, and helpful.

Check the Peak Subforum. They're having computer problems right now and can't respond to emails.

Give them a call. As some have mentioned, they are wonderful people.
