I have sent them two emails using the form on their website. Now, I know their website is a bit of a train wreck, but I would think they would keep that line of communication open! One email was a query as to how to get a custom configured light, and I gave up after a week and called them, at which time they were very helpful and I placed the order. The next was to check status of my order. Neither email was ever replied to.
