Argh! Does Peak EVER answer their emails???

I have sent them two emails using the form on their website. Now, I know their website is a bit of a train wreck, but I would think they would keep that line of communication open! One email was a query as to how to get a custom configured light, and I gave up after a week and called them, at which time they were very helpful and I placed the order. The next was to check status of my order. Neither email was ever replied to.

I've found if you want to know something from them, call Robin, 1-877-881-7325. 20% Christmas Sale going on right now!

I've experienced the same problems you mention.
 
Nope.......Don't hold your breath.

Give them a call. As some have mentioned, they are wonderful people.
