I have the Predator Pro v2,5 warm and have been considering to get the Barracuda XM-L2 warm as well. The Grizzly will be more powerful, but according to the pictures it seems like it will have a significantly larger head with an increased weight as a result. Still I find no specifications about the weight-size difference between Barracuda and Grizzly. Even the Barracuda is a pretty substantial light and the question therefore is if it's worth to wait for the Grizzly or if I will experience it as too large and heavy.

I'm too, considering to get the Barracuda. Price and specs are right for me.
Have emailed ArmyTek if they could tell me, when they are planning on releasing the Grizzly. The Barracuda has a head of 64mm, and I'm expecting the Grizzly will be at least around 80mm.

When the Grizzly will be in stock? Iam waiting eagerly for the Grizzly, I dont need The Grizzly, but I want the Grizzly! Are there more sympathizers of the Grizzly?
Best Greetings from Germany

I like the look of this light too. The plunger style does make for a nice grip. It should have a good long beam to it. Armytek stuff is very robust and well made in my experience.

The Rivals of the comming Grizzly are Niwalker Vostro Bk-FA 01, Thrunite TN 31 and new TN 32, Supbeam K40 , Fenix comming flashlight TK 61 and the Familyrival Barracuda!
I am quite shure ,that the Grizzly will be a Primethrower who can outperform the Rivals!

I'm waiting for this as well. I hope it's any day now...

Was really hoping for a Q2 release date, but I don't think the status will change today. Can anyone get an update from ArmyTek?

About ready to give up on this one and order an Eagletac MX25L3 with the MT-G2 emitter. The MX is probably a better light anyway.

I know how you feel. I check the Armytek website just about everyday, hoping to see it say "In Stock." Oh well, I've been thinking about getting a Surefire M3LT or Invictus anyway. With my luck it'll probably be in stock after I buy something else.
