artifacts with aspheric

so i have an ultrafire 501-b running a xr-e r2 drop in with aspheric from dx, i painted the reflector and it cut down the artifacts a little bit but there is still a ring around the hotspot and a starry pattern around that that looks like the OP reflector..would this be a sypmtom of the paint being too shiny or the optic? or is this something i will always have to deal with if i have a reflector at all?

Its still the black reflector, just remove it. But there might be still some artifacts -.-'

well its a drop in so i cant fully remove the reflector, i did drill out a huge hole, and that does cut down the artifacts more but the output becomes even less
