AW 18650 + RCR123

Hi,
I recently saw a link on here to someone on CPF that sells these batteries, I tried to go on the Market Place bit thinking that was right, but couldn't get on, is this just for retailer/dealers, as I only want to buy not sell, it was a very good price so it would be better for me, plus they would make a bit too .
