Badboy dimension?

I just purchased a couple of BB500 for a project I'm doing, since its going to take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive, I would like to know to mechanical dimensions so I can draw the parts in advance.

This is a photo of the height I need, I guess in the BB the taller component is the inductor:

(used a star as an example)

And please give me the total diameter

Pablo,

The diameter will range from .550"-.570" as they are not fully routed during the board fab. You can sand them to .550" diameter. The sandwiches Wayne sells for the minimag/FF are .300" nominal thick, not including the LED. I measure the BB board/inductor (yes, tallest component) at .168" on one I have here. It is not next gen.

So counting from the top of the inductor to the positive copper contact on the other side of the board is 0.168" ?!

WOW thats thin, even less than a LS star.
