This really inexpensive one would work. It's one of the few Li-Ion chargers that comes really close to having a proper algorithm and is actually made quite well. It will also charge NiMH/NiCd cells. Anything bigger than a 14500 Li-Ion, or an AAA Nickel cell, it's pretty slow though.
