Battery Station RCR123 - Wrinkled Wrapper - Problem

Just got a new pair of Battery Station RCR123's. The wrapper on both is wrinkled toward the back end and there's a sort of slight deformity/indentation underneath. Problem? Or just cosmetic? Thanks!
