I have been searching the forum trying to determine if there is a popular relatively low cost battery tester / analyzer. I have seen the CBAIII mentioned. I would like to be able to test NiMH AA/AAA and Li-ion protected 18650s. If anyone has a favorite tester or can point me to a thread on the topic it would be appreciated. My price range is up to $200 but could go a little higher if it were the right product.
