Hi, hopefully this thread will end up right.
I placed a order with them on the 24, I got the email confirmation.
A week later nothing has happened, my order status is Status Que.
I have tryed to contact them by email but I won´t get a reply,
I tried to call them but all i get is a "-all lines are busy, please try later!”
I know that they come highly recommended at CPF.
Is it holydays or what?

Hi there and :welcome:

Unfortunately this is definitely not the right place to ask about your order status with batteryjunction. However, I will go ahead and answer your question before one of our mods closes the thread, rightfully so. Go to the batteryjunction page and look at the top right hand corner of the page, there is a large banner with large lettering indicating that they currently are facing power issues due to the bad weather and they will process orders once things are back in order. Kind of hard to miss:shrug:

Don't worry Pit boss MattK will bust his hump after the power's back up to straighten things out Conn got hit hard with the power outages at one point half of the state was out. my Cousin's in Stamford he's still out totally and doesn't expect power till the weekend.
