Best bright RBG LEDs?

I'm designing a photo enlarger so I need equal brightnesses of R, G, and B LEDs. I can use separate R, G, and B dice, but for evenness reasons having RGB in the same package might be better...I have to cram the LEDs into a 4x5 inch rectangle and achieve some degree of evenness. I'm shooting for a minimum of 2000 lumens with R, G, and B combined. Oh, and the B needs to be pretty blue, even bumping up against UV would be good.



My friend has some of these an they seem pretty bright

Any other recommendations for bare, bright, cheap R, G, B emitters, or for combined RGB LEDs?
