What are good meters for measuring the range of 5 to 500 mW?

Godo or best? Coherent probably makes the best meters but plan on spending a few hundred to a grand. There are homemade units for a up to a couple hundred dollars. I am not sure how good of a response you will get here but over at photonlexicon.com there are several experts that can give you a difinative "best" and several good meter examples.

I wish I'd have seen this earlier as I also sell laser power meters for a HECK of a lot cheaper than a coherent meter.
