Best Mid-Range Universal Charger?

I'm looking for a decent dual bay charger which will work with most LION/IMR/NIMH batteries, particularly the 18350's and Eneloopss - which would you all recommend?

I'm thinking about an XTAR or NiteCore - is there anything better out there for about the same kind of money?

The WP2s is not a universal charger as it cannot be used to charge nickel batteries. You may want to check out the Xtar XP4 instead, which is a direct competitor to Nitecore's I4 v2.
If size is a factor the I2 is probably your best bet at this point.

Dang! Thanks, I may have to consider 4-bay chargers then. Between XTAR and NitCore, is one brand better than the other?

I personally prefer the quality in Xtar over Nitecore.
