Best place to buy Cree LEDs

I am wondering where is the best place to buy Cree LEDs... either on PCBs or bare... preferably in the U.S., but not required, as long as the shipping is fast.

I am specifically interested in the WH or WG tints, but would appreciate a place that has a wide range of bins and tints to choose from.
